Policies & Conditions

EVENT FOOD & ROOM SERVICE

Event food can be arranged either through an approved outside catering team or through our in-house restaurant, Café d Confluence, based on the selected menu and applicable rates.

Outside catering is permitted only for food served as part of the wedding/event.
The client is responsible for selecting, booking and paying the outside catering team.
The outside catering team must prepare and bring all food required for the event and is responsible for serving the food to event guests.
The resort is not responsible for the quality, quantity, preparation, transportation, service, hygiene or any other matter related to food provided by an outside catering team.
All outside catering arrangements and special requirements must be discussed and approved by the resort in advance.
Outside food is permitted only for wedding/event catering.
Food ordered by in-house guests for their rooms, room service, snacks, beverages and individual à la carte orders must be ordered from Café d Confluence.
Outside caterers are not permitted to provide regular room service or individual à la carte food orders to in-house guests.
Café d Confluence orders will be charged separately as per the applicable menu rates.

OUTSIDE CATERING – WASTE & CLEANING

To preserve our beautiful 2-acre waterfront ecosystem, we ask all external culinary partners to maintain strict cleanliness standards.

The outside catering team must collect and remove all leftover food and catering waste from the resort.
All food waste, bottles, packaging, disposable items and other catering waste must be taken away by the catering team.
The catering team must clean all areas used for dining, serving and event food setup.
No food waste, garbage or catering materials may be left on the resort premises.
The dining and event areas must be left clean and in good condition.
Any additional cleaning or waste removal required by the resort will be charged to the client.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the outside catering team follows these requirements.

DECORATION & EXTERNAL VENDORS

Collaborate with the professionals of your choice to design your custom wedding layout, backdrop, and settings.

Clients may engage their preferred decoration team with prior approval from the resort.
Photographers, entertainers and other external vendors are permitted subject to prior approval.
All external vendors must follow the resort's operational and safety guidelines.
Any damage caused by external vendors or guests will be charged to the client.
Special requirements involving the waterfront, electrical connections, open flames, structures or other resort facilities require prior approval.

PRE-EVENT COORDINATION

Ensuring complete peace of mind through a meticulous briefing session before your celebration.

The client, outside catering team, decoration team and other key event vendors must meet the Lake N River Resort team at least 2 weeks before the event.
The meeting will cover catering, decoration, setup, event timings, vendor access, parking, waste management and other requirements.
Any special requirements must be informed to and approved by the resort in advance.
Any changes to the agreed arrangements must be informed to the resort team before the event.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all external vendors coordinate with the resort team and follow the agreed arrangements.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

Secure your exclusive resort privatization with our simple payment framework.

30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
40% payment must be made at least 60 days before the event.
Balance 30% payment must be completed before check-in / event date.
Bookings made within 30 days of the event require 100% advance payment at the time of confirmation.
Any additional resort charges or services must be settled before check-out / completion of the event.

CANCELLATION & DATE CHANGE POLICY

Clear, straightforward protocols for cancellations and rescheduling requests.

90 days or more before the event: The booking can be rescheduled within six months, subject to availability. No refund will be provided.
60 to 89 days before the event: 30% of the package amount will be retained.
30 to 59 days before the event: 70% of the package amount will be retained.
Less than 30 days before the event or in case of a no-show: 100% of the package amount will be retained.
One date change may be permitted if requested at least 90 days before the event, subject to availability.
Date changes are subject to resort availability.
Any difference in applicable rates or additional charges will be payable by the client.

Resort Usage & Event Conditions

Standard check-in is strictly after 2:00 PM on Day 1; standard check-out is before 11:00 AM on the final day. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to fee and availability.

The exclusive takeover package covers the property strictly for the confirmed check-in and check-out window.

Swimming pool access is reserved exclusively for registered in-house room guests. All children must be supervised near pool and waterfront areas.

All music, live DJs, and entertainment events must comply strictly with local community noise regulations and permitted hours.

Special displays including fireworks, sky lanterns, and open flames require written approval from the resort alongside required local authority permissions.

A refundable security deposit may be collected where applicable to cover potential incidentals or property damage.
